CHECK OUT

On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. You may leave the room card on the desk at the entrance where you found it upon arrival.

Let us know if you need to leave your luggage after the check-out time: you can use the luggage storage area under the staircase, past the glass door.

Housekeeping

The room cleaning service is carried out daily. Usually the towels are replaced every other day, but if necessary also every day.

Bed linen is replaced on the 4th day of stay.

Info and general rules

  • Proper and civil use of toilets is recommended, avoiding to throw anything in the W.C. (please use the appropriate baskets).

  • It is ABSOLUTELY forbidden to smoke inside the premises.

  • It is recommended to respect the silence at night.
In any case, please maintain a behavior that at no time of the day and in no way harms others’ peace of mind.

  • The Guest will be required to compensate for any damage caused to the structure and/ or caused by improper use of additional equipment.

  • We disclaim any responsibility for loss, theft or damage of objects of your property within the structure.
Please note that guests, except for minors and residents in Milan, are required to pay 6.30 € of tourist tax.
